This handsome antique oak pot board dresser base, dating to circa 1780, is a fine example of late 18th-century English country furniture. Crafted from solid oak and displaying a rich, time-softened patina, the piece combines elegant Georgian proportions with practical storage.

The dresser base is fitted with 5 drawers across the frieze, each retaining attractive brass swan-neck handles and shaped backplates. Beneath the drawers runs a beautifully shaped apron, adding a subtle decorative flourish typical of the period.
