Description

A mid 19th century Chesterfield sofa by Howard & Sons - London, England c1860. Raised on thick turned walnut front legs and splayed rear legs. The left read leg bearing the serial stock number and all legs with the original Cope & Collinson brass casters.

The sofa has recently been recovered in a good quality brown hide leather and it has firm and intact traditional innards.

The whole is in good structural order and ready for use.

We can recover this into Howard & Sons blue monogram cotton lining should you wish or any fabric of your choice.
