Kingsdown Antiques has dated these Victorian Silver Salt Cellars to the 1800s.
Salt Cellars are hallmarked for Sheffield, 1842. Spoons are hallmarked for London, 1867.

While the cobalt glass liners differ slightly in design, one featuring a star-cut base and the other plain, this variation is typical of antique sets and both fit their silver holders perfectly, indicating they are original or period-correct replacements.
