A fine 19th-century mahogany Wellington chest, distinguished by its tall, narrow proportions and seven graduated drawers, each fitted with turned knob handles. Crafted in richly figured mahogany with a warm, polished patina, the chest features a hinged locking side panel (unfortunately no keys) —designed to secure all drawers simultaneously, a hallmark of the Wellington form.
