A beautiful rustic antique Heriz carpet with soft colours, a lovely design with a good central medallion and soft pale blue corners.  Condition is excellent, a great wool pile and dating from circa 1890-1900.

Accomplished nomadic weavers have created a glorious carpet, woven 120 years ago and looking as good as the day it was cut from the loom.  It is getting increasingly rare to find antique Heriz carpets of this high quality.  Ideal for a drawing room, dining room, study or entrance hall, included in the price is our sturdy underlay, helping sit safely and flat on any floor type, enhancing its appearance too.
