A rummer is a large type of glass drinking vessel featuring a broad bowl, a short stem, and a circular foot, predominantly used in Britain during the late 18th and 19th centuries for serving rum, punch, or ale.

These glass vessels were hand-blown using lead crystal or soda glass, with the decorative iconography applied using copper-wheel engraving techniques to create detailed matte patterns.
