Peter Harris Clocks & Militaria has dated this Georgian Mahogany Bracket Clock to the Georgian era.
It has a chamfer top surmounted by a brass pineapple, on ball feet.
Circa 1810.
The sides have floral & ring side handles.
The convex dial is signed by the original maker, ‘Taylor London'.

John Taylor, was a clockmaker who worked from
Gloucester Street, London and was renowned for
making bracket clocks. Several of his clocks are
illustrated in various horological reference books.
The case is in excellent original condition, the movement has been serviced recently and is in full working order. The clock comes complete with keys.
