A very fine 19th Century flame mahogany mirror back console table, of gorgeous quality and finely hand carved with beautifully rich patination and grain. The moulded serpentine top of rectangular form is raised over an elegantly simple single drawer frieze with a stunning centred cabochon with ruffles detail flanked with trailing acanthus leaves c and s scroll motif detail. Raised over panelled mirror glass plate back and two fabulous scroll supports to the fore with gorgeous flowerhead and acanthus leaf detail, finely carved in high relief, above serpentine undertier terminating on stylised bun foot.
