Description

Fine quality pollard oak bedroom suite by retailers and cabinet makers Arnott & Co, Dublin, comprising of a three door wardrobe and unusual dressing table.

The large wardrobe has a flared cornice and carved pediment over three doors ( opening to interior with hanging rail and hooks ) the central bevel edged mirror door flanked either side by attractive panelled doors , the upper sections of which are glazed with attractive fret work detail and cream silk backing., one small and one long drawer below, raised on a plinth base.

The dressing table with bevel edge mirror flanked either side by fret work panelled cupboards with a most unusual patented mechanism which allows the doors to open and unfold to reveal further mirrored panels, enabling all sides / angles of the face and head to be seen, two small and one long drawer below, raised on turned legs fitted with castors.

With some wear, marks / scuffs etc commensurate with age and use and some marks to the mirrors, overall this wonderful bedroom suite is in good sound condition and really needs to be seen to be fully appreciated, it is lovely !!.

Wardrobe : height 90" 230 cm, width 67" 170 cm, depth 25" 64 cm

Dressing table : height 70" 178 cm, width 43" 110 cm, depth 21" 53 cm
