Edwardian Mahogany Inlaid Plant Table.We bring to you this pretty inlaid Mahogany 2 tier Jardiniere plant table believed to be made around C1900. This stunning table is completely original with its original glossy French polished with a lightly faded Mahogany colour which we have just enhanced by carefully waxing.This table is of fine quality, featuring a beautifully inlaid square top incorporating cross-banded Satinwood, Ebony and Boxwood which frames the Satinwood centre fan inlay. The table also features an inlaid frieze and lower shelf which is inlaid in the same design as the top. The table is raised on squared legs with a splayed stance which are unusually jointed on the angle as an extra detail.This table has been throughly checked in our workshop, cleaned and carefully waxed.There is no movement or play in any of the joints. The surfaces are mostly flat (very minor warping) and the table is ready for its new home.Please note this item is in beautiful condition for its age as shown in the photographs below however being an antique item it does have the odd minor blemish here and there.
