Positioning a longcase clock in an entrance hall, hallway alcove, or formal reception area creates an architectural focal point, pairing effectively with traditional panelled walls or contemporary neutral schemes.

Position the clock on a level floor away from direct heat sources and sunlight, apply high-quality beeswax sparingly to the timber casing, and have the mechanical movement serviced by a professional horologist every five to seven years.
