Description

Unusual mid 19th.c hall bench or settle in mixed timbers c.1840. Over six feet long with very attractively shaped and pierced back splats between oak rails. Fruitwood arms and stiles, the front ones with a moulded edge and shaped foot. The seat is made from a single 1½" thick slab of walnut oak oak rails. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned an waxed in our workshops.
