Antique Regency Mahogany Cabinet Washstand Chest C1800 Wm6216a/18.1

Description

Lovely antique regency mahogany washstand/pot cupboard with false chest front and dating from around 1800.

Of quality mahogany it has a fine moulded edge to the top which opens to reveal space for washing set, bowl etc. This is above a set of six false short drawers which open to a small compartment and then a further false drawer front opening to a second compartment (please see photos) it has original turned mahogany knob handles and stands on a plinth base with bracket feet.

Measures: 33" high X 15.5" deep X 21" wide

In very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the mahogany oozing the charm and character of the regency period and making for a veryt useful piece of furniture for todays contemporary living.
