Beechmount Antiques has dated this Walnut Striking Bracket Clock to the 19th Century.
Striking the hours on a single lower toned gong and the quarters on four further gongs this is a lovely musical clock. The matted brass clock face with decorative spandrels has a silvered roman chapter ring, above which is a subsidiary dial allowing time regulation from the front. A rare little clock.
