How do I clean a copper lantern?

Can these lanterns be used outdoors?

Many of these pieces were originally constructed for porches or exterior entryways, though checking current wiring is essential. Weatherproofing depends on the specific condition of the metal housing and the original placement design.

What is the difference between Edwardian and Victorian styles?

Victorian lanterns often feature heavier iron elements and ornate, industrial or railway-inspired details. Edwardian designs tend toward cleaner lines and simpler geometric shapes influenced by the Arts and Crafts movement.
