What is a serpentine front?

How do I care for burr walnut?

Burr walnut surfaces require dusting with a soft, dry cloth and protection from direct sunlight and extreme humidity. Avoid silicone polishes that can degrade historic timber finishes over time. Maintaining a stable indoor climate prevents the veneers from drying out or lifting along the curved edges of serpentine furniture.
