Solo Antiques has dated this Art Nouveau Bronze Sculpture to the 1910s.
She was a student of Denys Puech (1854-1942). Charlotte Monginot exhibited at the Salon de Paris from 1895 where she was noticed by gaining an honorable mention. She made works in plaster or marble and participated in numerous exhibitions in Paris whilst also painting. Many works of Charlotte Monginot were cast in bronze or bronze and ivory. She resigned from the French Society of Artists in 1948.
