Description

A well drawn and superbly crafted 18th Century Mahogany Tea Table of pleasing small proportions, made from the finest Cuban Mahogany and having very good colour and surface. The piece is remarkably solid and heavy as one may expect with such quality timbers. Retaining the original hinges and having wonderful clean Oak drawer linings and underneath surface. The shaping to the top and front flows and the elegant cabriole leg with delicate ankle and well executed claw and ball foot complements the piece perfectly. It is fine example in honest original condition. Circa 1755
