A substantial and very good quality 19th.Century bookcase of breakfront form and crafted in beautifully figured mahogany. The moulded edge top above the rounded cornered frieze. The centre having 2 large doors with metal grills and working lock with keys and opens to 3 deep and adjustable shelves. Flanked by 2 banks of 6 drawers all with applied mouldings and retaining the quality brass handles with mahogany linings. The stiles having quarter turned columns and the whole raised on a conforming breakfront shaped plinth. Condition- Very good. Dimensions:- Height…55.5’’/ 141cm. Width…81.25’’/ 206.5cm. Depth…22’’/ 56cm. Delivery to most of U.K. mainland £120.
