Description

A pair of Montgomeryshire side chairs with fully turned base and stretchers and wonderful vase shaped slats to the back. These chairs have developed a wonderful patina over the years but have also been re-glued, repaired and re-doweled along the way. There is a stable crack to each seat but they remain strong and usable and have an appealing design, circa 1720.
