CONDITION REPORT
In good antique condition throughout with signs of age and use. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches, fading and some shrinkage to the timber, all consistent with their age and use. The chairs vary slightly in colour, design and proportions, reflecting their harlequin nature. There are historic repairs and strengthening blocks beneath the seats, typical of well-used farmhouse chairs. All remain structurally solid and sound. Overall, a lovely, honest set with plenty of rustic character.
