Devonshire Antiques has dated this Victorian Brass Skeleton Clock to the Victorian era.
. It has a very good pierced silvered dial engraved with black Roman numerals and matching hands , an eight day movement with passing strike on a silvered bell,driven by fusee chain movement and an anchor escapement also the clock carries the makers name COLYER WITHAM . In original untouched condition and working.

To the marble base is a brass plaque engraved saying

Mr. William Garrett
As a token of esteem and appreciation of his long and valuable service as leader of the Witham congregational chapel
May choir 1867
So this would probably date the clock to sometime before 1867.
