Steven Swann Antiques has dated these Antique Oak Joint Stools to the 19th Century.
They bring instant depth and texture to an interior.

The colour and surface are particularly pleasing, with the kind of quiet wear that only time produces. Honest signs of age throughout, including a solid historic split to one stretcher and minor historic worm to two legs. All entirely stable and commensurate with age.

A strong, decorative pair that balance rustic character with refined simplicity.
Condition Report
In excellent antique condition. One stretcher has a solid historic split. There is evidence of historic worm to two legs, likely present in the timber prior to construction. Minor marks and stains consistent with age. Structurally sound.

The photographs form part of the condition report, so please review them carefully. Further images or a video viewing can be provided on request. Viewings are welcome at our Southampton unit, strictly by appointment.
