Description

A fine set of eight mahogany shield-back dining chairs, comprising six single chairs and two carvers. Raised upon elegant fluted tapering legs terminating in classic spade feet, the chairs are strengthened by H-stretchers, ensuring both stability and durability.

The shaped shield backs feature pierced and moulded splats centred with beautifully carved wheat sheaf decoration, reflecting refined neoclassical influence. The chairs retain lift-out seats, which have been recently reupholstered, providing both comfort and practicality.
