Very fine carved and veneered kidney shape satinwood desk by Maple & Co with guillache carved border, stiff moldings husk pendants. Original leather and bone handles, reeded legs. This company was established by 1841 and by the prominent furniture makers and suppliers in both the U.K and worldwide and worldwide.
