Description

A George III mahogany tilt top tripod table. The characterful single piece of mahogany with a birdcage mechanism that allows to top to turn. Raised on a turned Ash stem with shaped cabriole pad feet. Retaining the original brass latch.

Overall in good antique country house condition with wonderful colour and patina.

The top has 2 age related splits which don't sit perfectly flat. It is however perfectly usable. One leg has an old repair near the foot.
