Good Quality Antique Mahogany Sideboard

Description

A handsome 19th Century mahogany 4 door sideboard of inverted breakfront form. The superb shaped mirror back having a carved Fleur-de-Lys centre with “c” scrolls and moulded detail. The figured mahogany top above a large centre serpentine shaped drawer flanked by 2 smaller drawers which retain the original linings. Below are 4 panelled doors each having attractive and good quality carved mouldings with working locks & keys. The right hand door opens to cellaret drawer with an open fronted slide drawer above. The centre doors open to a shelved interior and the left hand drawer with slide and shelf interior. Condition- very good with a wonderful colour and one or two bumps and bruises associated with age and use. Dimensions:- Max Height…65.5’’/ 167cm. Width…72.25’’/ 183.5cm. Depth…24’’/ 61cm.
