Antiques4EU has dated this Georgian Brass Candlesticks Pair to the 19th Century.
cf. Roderick Butler ~ "A Study Collection of Marked Domestic Brass and other Base Metalware c.1600-c.1900", published in 2001. The J.T.& Co. mark is there discussed on page 88, where Butler states that although not certain, it seems probable that the mark is that of John Turner & Co of Birmingham. listed in the Birmingham 'Wrightson' directories of 1818 and 1823. Very few antique brass candlesticks bear Maker's marks, thus making this pair of documentary interest.
