Pretty Edwardian earrings suspending dark purple amethysts from nine-carat gold hooks and chains.

• Condition: Excellent antique condition.

• Fixing: Ear wires, supplied with tiny silicone "keepers" which fix on the back for extra security.

• Hallmarks/stamps: 9CT on the side of each bezel.

• Era: Estimated Edwardian (c.1901-1914).

• Size: 3.3cm total drop (one inch); the amethysts measure approximately 7mm.
