Good Large Victorian Gilt & Gesso Frame

Description

This is a really large 19th century good quality gilt frame in very good condition dating from around 1870.

The frame measures 120 cms by 98 cms overall

The aperture is 90 cms by 68 cms.

The rebate for the painting is 92 cms by 71.5 cms .

With the inner gilt slip removed it’s possible to have a frame with an aperture of 97 cms by 75 cms

and a rebate of 98 cms by 78 cms.

Due to the size this needs courier delivery which can be arranged for £65 plus vat to most UK destinations.
