Description

A large and highly versatile oval gilded gesso on wooden mount picture frame containing a sentimental and moral pastoral print with foxing in condition commensurate with age. Fundamentally being sold as a frame but presentable as a picture too.

Frames of this sort are scarce and have invariably suffered damage, this one is in exceptional condition with original glass and has the original backing and paper. A useful and attractive decorative piece.
