Our dealers are highly experienced in packing and shipping fragile, high-value antiques. Because you are in direct contact with the dealer, you will be able to easily go through all available shipping and insurance options together to ensure your item arrives safely.
Antiques are the ultimate green purchase. By choosing historical pieces over newly manufactured goods, you completely eliminate the carbon footprint of modern mass production while preserving exceptional, timeless craftsmanship.

A Georgian double series opaque twist glass is an eighteenth-century English drinking vessel defined by white enamel glass rods embedded within a clear lead-glass stem to form layered spiralling patterns.

These glasses were crafted primarily from English lead crystal glass, using white enamel inclusions within the stem to form internal geometry prior to drawing out the stem shape.

Authentic period pieces typically feature hand-blown structural variations, minor air bubbles within the glass matrix, base wear on the foot rim, and a snapped or smoothed pontil mark underneath.

Displaying stemware inside a lit glass cabinet, on a sideboard top, or grouped on a decorative tray highlights the intricate internal stem details while protecting the glass from accidental movement.

Clean gently by hand using lukewarm water and a mild non-abrasive soap, avoiding thermal shocks from hot water or dishwashers, and dry immediately with a soft microfibre cloth.
