London City Antiques has dated this Victorian Mahogany Dressing Table to the 1860s.
The well-figured mahogany top is beautifully polished and sits above two frieze drawers with integral carved wooden handles, harmoniously blending into the design.

The lower section is supported by carved column uprights and stands upon a solid plinth base. The mahogany has developed a rich, warm patina that enhances the grain and depth of colour reflecting the superior craftsmanship of mid-19th century English cabinetmaking.

A distinguished and decorative piece, this dressing table combines function with elegance making it an ideal focal point in a period or traditionally furnished bedroom.
