An impressive and finely detailed wall mirror, distinguished by its richly carved giltwood frame and sculptural crest. The rectangular plate is enclosed within a deeply molded surround featuring a continuous beaded and fluted border, lending both depth and visual rhythm to the composition. The frame is surmounted by an elaborate openwork pediment centered by a classical female mask, modeled in high relief and framed by scrolling acanthus leaves, foliate tendrils, and floral motifs that extend symmetrically across the crest.
