Early 20th Century Venetian Mirror 98cm tall circa 1930s, Foxed Bevelled Plate.

An elegant early 20th century, etched and bevelled Venetian antique mirror circa 1920-1940s with etched glass decoration to the outer panels and some areas of foxing to the mirror plate.

A generous scale, versatile antique Venetian mirror, a shield shape of good proportion and measuring 98cm tall and 70cm wide. A day or bedroom mirror, hallway or dressing room etc.., of considerable character and decorative appeal.

A fine quality example of the antique Venetian mirror with all original panels and back.

Some panels have developed a handsome, timeworn patination, or foxing which adds to its authenticity and character, please note that 2 panel have a crack.

Structurally excellent whilst showing its subtle period charm, it’s not uncommon to find these with some damaged or missing panels and all parts can be ordered and replaced if required, sold in its present condition and sensibly priced to reflect.
