Description

An exceptional 18th Century Mahogany card table of superb faded golden colour, beautifully shaped and wonderfully carved with rococo motifs. Retaining the untouched original hinges and in fabulous condition throughout. The top is fitted with old baize, guinea pockets and candle stands. All four legs are carved with cabochon and C scrolls to the knee, finishing at the base with wonderfully carved claw & ball feet.

A well drawn and rare quality example made from the finest mahogany timbers by a leading craftsman of the period.
