The family name of Donne in the Clockmaking World goes back to Circa 1650

The Donne & Son (later Sons) dates from the Mid Victorian Era Circa 1870 and continued into the early part of the 20th Century.

The Case is Made of Fine Deep Flame Mahogany and is Adorned by Crisply Carved Decoration.
