A fine George III Knee Hole desk in solid figured mahogany with canted reeded corners, the original handles and escutcheons retaining most of their gilding, it features a brushing slide and a cupboard with a small ,shaped drawer above and stands on original bracket feet. Outstanding quality and condition. C1770

The slide is convenient for a laptop, the recessed discreet little drawer without handle is perfect for more private papers and the cupboard provides different storage space.
