An Absolutely Superb Quality Late Victorian Mahogany Dressing Chest.

Description

The dressing chest features a large and elegant shield shaped bevelled adjustable mirror in a carved surround. The base has a central recess, eight short drawers and a longer central drawer with elegant Art Nouveau inspired brass handles. The mirror has a minor amount of ‘foxing’ commensurate with its age & actually adds to the chests charm. This piece compliments a superb & unusual washstand we also have for sale.
