AC Silver has dated this Sterling Silver Candlesticks Set to a period later than 1960.
The plain panelled capital of each retains the original hallmarked detachable push fit sconce, ornamented with a moulded border to the rim.
The capitals are supported by a plain tapering panelled column, encircled with circular knops.
The lower portion of each column features a plain rounded knop to a spreadingbase.
Each of these impressive sterling silver candle holders have filled bases and bear green baize coverings to the undersides.
These impressive candlesticks were crafted by the renowned silversmiths Garrard & Co Ltd
Condition
These vintage silver candle holders are a superior gauge of silver, excellent quality and in excellent condition.
Each component has been professionally polished and is in presentation condition.
Full hallmarks struck to the surface of each base and part hallmarks to each sconce sleeve are all very clear; the hallmarks are struck deeply due to the excellent gauge of silver.
