Beautiful late Victorian Sterling silver, highly decorative spoon, possibly for sugar as a sifter spoon. The bowl is a lovely shape with engraved decoration. There is a coat of arms on the handle end.

Hallmarked for Chester 1901 with a maker of B. Mullen & Son of Chester.
