Delivery:
We offer free UK delivery on all our items. Worldwide delivery is also available, please request postage quote to your location. All the purchases are insured and sent via a "Tracked" and/or "Signed For" services.

Your items will be expertly packed and safely delivered to you by reliable postal services, so you don’t need to worry about them getting damaged in transit.
Delivery times:
We aim to ship your order as soon as possible unless you instruct us otherwise. Normally the orders are shipped within 2 working days, often the next working day.
Delivery times differ from one country to another, and you will always have the relevant tracking info to check your parcel progress. However, we cannot be held responsible for delivery times once the item has been shipped as this is at the shipper's discretion and, in case of international delivery, can be subject to customs delays, weather conditions, national holidays or other matters that we have no influence over.
Returns and cancellations:
Cancellations are accepted only prior to the shipping of an item. Once the order has shipped the return process will be needed.
We pride ourselves on an excellent customer service and happy to offer a full return policy for all items returned within 14 days. In this case the buyer needs to notify us within 2 days of receipt of the item.
If the reason for the return of an item is a change of mind, the return postage and safe return delivery is a responsibility of a buyer. However, we will pay the return postage in case the item has been significantly misdescribed.
In the unlikely event of damaged delivery, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and provide us with photographs of a damaged item and packaging. It is very important to do so within 2 days, so as we could follow up the issue with the shipping company and do all in our means to resolve the problem for you.
