Welcome to about us. A little about my dealing background. I was 10 years old when I purchased my first antique; a bisque figurine of a girl - I still have her . After leaving school ( on the sound advice of my parents ) I got a 'proper' job, but to become a dealer was always my dream. So, I bought my first shop at the age of 23 and belatedly told my parents about it. A couple of moves later, in 1998, 1 Castle Gate was to become the home of my business, exhibiting at Olympia and Battersea fairs along the way. After stepping back from mainstream dealing for a few years in order to spend time with our twins (13 and a little more independent) I now have space to continue the business I adore.
