Lovely collection of 6 silk postcards from the First World War,c1915. They are beautifully made in silk and depict various scenes/messages. One shows Arras 1915,another the American and French flags, one is dated 1918, others simply refer to my sweetheart, mother, sister etc. Some are blank and others have writing on ranging from a full letter to a simple message such as ''from Jack''. They are in good condition, held in plastic sleeves to protect them and all are incredibly emotive.
