The pair of Victorian desk chairs have been newly upholstered to a professional standard in top quality full-grain burgundy red leather. The quality of the upholstery shows exceptional craftmanship. The scroll shaped backrest incorporates deep buttoning, which not only looks elegant, provides plenty of back support. The backrest is secured by curved upholstered arms, above a frame of ring-turned spindles, with the front of the arms incorporating decorative floral shaped etched carvings. The pair of office chairs feature a comfortable padded leather bow-shaped seats. The leather is finished with hand-tacked antique brass studs around the perimeter of the upholstery, with traditional hessian backing to the underside of the seat. The seats incorporate new fillings and webbings, with a hessian underside. The chair legs incorporate new English made brown mug & brass castors, which are in excellent condition.
