Lincoln Restorations has dated this Mahogany Sutherland Occasional Table to the Edwardian era.
A charming small Sutherland table.
The table has a lovely deep rich Mahogany colour base with its original deep french polished finish and a slightly lighter nicely faded top which almost looks like Walnut. We have just cleaned and waxed this lovely table to give a natural shine and enhance the original french polished finish.

This table has a very small form yet is quite versatile from having 2 drop-down leaves making it an ideal occasional, hall, side or sofa table. The table opens via two legs which pull out for the tops to rest, these legs have their original solid polished cup castors on brown porcelain wheels which aid movement. The table incorporates turned supports and stretcher rail and finishes to shaped feet either side. This rare and petite table is all original, solid with no joint movement and the tops are flat and not twisted.

Please note; Being an antique item of this age there are obviously marks, scratches and dents however, we feel that these points are which adds to its charm and character. We have left it untouched and as it came in from the previous owner apart from just cleaning and waxing this item.
