This unusual ENGLISH BLUE & WHITE POTTERY FOOTED BOWL dates from circa 1830.
The transfer printed scene in the centre shows a Country Scene with a Covered Wagon and Horses, similar to a a pattern used by John and William Ridgway in their Rural Scenes Series.
The border consists of Panels with Country Scenes; a Watermill, Castle ruins and a Farmer on a Bridge.
The Bowl is a good size and stands well on its high foot.
The condition is good with no restoration.
