Mid 19th century rustic swedish painted pine bench circa 1860.

Here we present a traditional swedish bench, complete in it's original hand painted deep red and green colour scheme.

Upright back which lends itself perfectly to being used in a hallway or cloakroom, or around the kitchen dining table.   plum coloured base paint with hand painted darker colours to simulate a grain effect, back supports painted in a contrasting green.

This piece has had a working life, with previous holes were various attachments may have been added, but it is fully restored and structurally strong and ready for everyday use.

Expected surface marks to woodwork, minor natural warping to woodwork.
