Jacobean Oak Dresser and Rack

1900 - 1920
Description

Here we have for sale today this stunning Jacobean revival carved oak Dresser and rack. Dating Early 20th Century and all made in solid oak in this joint and peg construction, made in two sections.

The base section all raised on six legs with four turned front legs with stretchers, panelled side and having this three drawer arrangement to the front and a polished top. Drawers having these wonderful carvings and fitted with these large exaggerated brass pear-drop handles.

The top section having this carved top corneas with turned supports also three fixed shelves, and two carved doors enclosing compartments with fixed interior shelf's, to include working locks and keys. Also fitted with solid oak back boards.

Original polish and patina its this Jacobean oak colour (please see pictures)

Solid in all its joints with NO breaks, NO splits & NO woodworm.
