Born Circa 1806, Working From 1825, Married 1827, Free 1833-35, Then to Colchester Circa 1835 till Died 1847.

Attractive Enamel Painted Dial with Seconds Dial, Date Window and Charming Floral Decoration to the 4 Corners Below A Lady Sitting Outside with Bunches of Fruit that, at the time, would have only just been Introduced to the Country. The False Plate Stamped ''Russell & Bell Birmingham'' - part of Russell & Bell Edinburgh who became Russell & Anderson, then Russell & Clark and finally Thomas Russell.
